Eagle for 20 - Sleep for 10

I rode the Eagle for about 20 miles worth  of cycling yesterday, with only 10 of them somewhat brisk, and I slept hard and long. In fact I went to bed early, at 10 PM and only got up about an hour ago. I feel like a ton of bricks landed on me.

While I am not sore in particular areas, thanks to my gym workouts, I just feel like I have had a lot of life drained out of me. Ugh....

As in, tho they climb hills and have a beautiful ride, this style of HiWHeel never probably caught on because they work even the fittest of people. And I am in some of the best shape of my life. 

Now I have to get back in Eagle shape in 40 days time.......
